The Driver Qualification File Management system is an online portal to electronically submit, review, and update data and information on driver qualification files under the care of Mann Consultant Services, Inc. Individuals accessing the system will be required to obtain a username and password each which is case sensitive to their login credentials. The information contained within these files shall be utilized in concordance with Federal Regulations § 49 CFR 391.51.
