INSTRUCTIONS

This online system will guide you through each step in the Driver Qualification File process. If this is your first visit you will be asked whether you are a company or a driver.

Company Portal

The company portal will allow certain administrative rights and abilities to review data entered into the system, administrative rights to access this portion of the portal and all data collected will only be allowed through the consent of the data owner and through assignment of login credentials by Mann Consultant Services, Inc. If you have not received your company login credentials contact Mann Consultant Services, Inc. at (270)763-0648 or at www.steve.gore@manncsi.com.

Driver Portal

Those individuals accessing the system to complete Driver Qualification File documentation will be requested to select a username and password to access the system. If you cannot complete the Driver Qualification File process, save your progress in the application by clicking continue on the page. Pay close attention to each of the questions and fill each required blank in with the information requested. The system will automatically check the data to assure completeness and will prompt user for information prior to continuing.
